Default Accel Profiles

Just thought that I should pass along the Alec He !QUOT!Accel Hobbies!QUOT! is dumping allot of bad profiles on E-Bay under the name NSUPPLY.

You will get NO Responses from him if the plane is bad or damaged. Pay through Paypal so you can at least get your money back or have some recourse on this guy.

My plane was total junk, All the ribs in both wings were crushed and the balsa in these things is the worst I have ever seen.

The description said that the fuse had to be reinforced. No other statement as to damage. He has now put that in his descriptions, but I have heard that throughout the industry it is known that he had allot of bad planes.

Shipping insurance is highly recommended because UPS damage is a possibility. Sorry we do not offer combined shipping.

Could have been shipping damage. United Postage Smashers are awesome at breakage.

Then why do all the Distributers use UPS to ship there airplanes without insurance?

Why did Alec deny that he knew nothing about NSUPPLY?

Why didn't NSUPPLY not respond to any emails?

Why did NSUPPLY become a non-registered user then seddenly appear again?

Why did E-Bay give me ALEC He's e-mail address as the seller?

Since you seem to know so much about what happened in my case answer these questions for me.

Also why did he lie to me about shipping my other plane that I paid for 1 month earlier. He told me it was already shipped and in fact he did not ship it for another 10 days?

So Prophanger1 you seem to know allot, tell me just what is your conection to Accel Hobbies?

I just won my third one off ebay. So far, first two have arrived in great condition despite United Plane Smashers. So far so good.

Q Then why do all the Distributers use UPS to ship there airplanes without insurance?

AThey are insured ask tower hobbies about their problem with UPS

Q Why did Alec deny that he knew nothing about NSUPPLY?

A Maybe he didn't same way with toc1 bad employee took him for a ride

Q Why didn't NSUPPLY not respond to any emails?

A How many other places don't respond, can't read every email sometimes you did email right

Q Why did NSUPPLY become a non-registered user then seddenly appear again?

AHave no idea wondered the same thing

Q Why did E-Bay give me ALEC He's e-mail address as the seller?

A Maybe thats the guys name that is on ebay? the guy you seem to have beef with is Alex.

Q Since you seem to know so much about what happened in my case answer these questions for me.

A ok

Q Also why did he lie to me about shipping my other plane that I paid for 1 month earlier. He told me it was already shipped and in fact he did not ship it for another 10 days?

A No reason to lie that isn't right maybe he didn't wanta admit he screwed up and get cussed out on the phone

Q So Prophanger1 you seem to know allot, tell me just what is your conection to Accel Hobbies?

A No connection to them i just got inline for seconds when common sense was handed out
and stayed at a Holiday inn last night.

Q Would you sell me the plane? I'll fix it right and give it a good home.

By the way how do you know whether I did or did not have insurance?

Insurance is irrelevent anyway, he was selling plane that he knew were bad to begin with.

Your diversionairy tactics are transparent.

I state facts and not " What IF's" as you do in your answers.

This happend to me and It has also happened to others on E-bay from Alec.

And Alex as he is called here is has the same e-mail address as E-bay gave not a far stretch to figure that one out.

Just information for comparison, I bought one of those Kat 70's and it's in similar condition to the one I bought from Alex of Accel last January, meaning it needed some reinforcement here and there.

I just bought a box of balsa from a balsa company in Texas. It was unfortunately shipped via UPS. Several sheets of wood were crushed, thanks to UPS. You may be able to file a shipping claim with UPS. Check into that. You aren't the first person to get a complete UPS crunch job. [] Send NSupply another email and keep trying.

Well I have been reading threads on these Accel planes and it seems that this is a common occurance. He has sold them under other names on e-bay as well.

Shipping damage was not the issue. Poor materiels and construction and whatever else. Why else would Accel be dumping these planes on e-bay?

If they were such great planes he could sell them for full price from his website.

As for NSUPPLY answering an E-mail, That has yet to happen. Alec He would not make them good over the phone so that tells me what kind of buisness he wants to do.

Your buying these planes on ebay for 50 bucks because there is a problem with them. If you wanted a good one you would buy them for 150 or whatever they are now. Just something to ponder.

Any standard package shipped via UPS Ground is automatically insured up to $100.00 and the shipper is fully aware of that. To not file a claim, or to ask you to pay extra to insure an item for less than $100.00 is a sign of laziness and greed.

Why did E-Bay give me ALEC He's e-mail address as the seller?
Because I was under the impression that ebay does not give out any email addresses. They will forward mail to the seller but they do not give out anyones email address.

Curious

For future reference, in case I run into problems, how do you access someone elses email address on Ebay?

So if you file a claim with Paypal, Ebay will give you the persons email address?

Well, learn something new every day.

Hello guys. I have read this post and I thought that I would drop in my 2 nickels... I have purchased a total of 8 of these planes from Nsupply on ebay.

4 -GS 40
3 - GS 70
1 - BiPlane.

Each plance came in will all hardaware and no damage!!

I do have to say that I also received these planes with in 1-3 days after I paid for them.

I have not seen any issues with this guy.. I get the planes as described.. You have to take them apart and redo the glue..

You can not pass these up for the way that they fly. These fly just like the $200.00 OMP's at a 1/4 the price..

I will get more..

I received my first e-bay GS-40 today. I had been following some of the post on the Pro Bro site about some of the pluses (cheap) and minuses (building flaws) of these models being sold on E-bay. My first auction purchase was eleven days ago and I thought that my shipment got lost. I used the pay-pal e-mail to "seller" function this weekend to send a message about my concern. Early this morning I received a mesage from (nsupply at gmail dot com) that my plane would arrive today and it did. The plane appears perfect on the outside. I will open the wing center section and beef up the spar. The fuse will get some TLC to beef it up also. I plan on mistreating this beauty big time in my attempt for old dog to learn new tricks. pat willcox

I did the probro spar mod to mine and I hammer the snot out of it now. My first one folded the wings, so all 3 of my next 70's are getting the mod. No way in heck would I fly another, or be around another flying without that mod!! NO WAY!! I haven't flown my 40's yet, but haven't heard of any wing failures on them.
