Well, I am biased to the Bad Boy (I'm the importer), but I also own almost all the planes you listed. They are all great planes and you can't go wrong with any of them.
The bad boy has the most wing, best hardware and two piece wing for easy transport. Not to mention that it flys as well or better than any profile you mentioned. That's why I recommend it.

I am flying a bad boy now and love it. I would recomend any of these planes though as you seem to have listed all the best ones. Omp and extreme flight cant go wrong with those either.

I am really liking my taco. It is small and easy to transport or hand launch. It flies nice too. I have been flying foamies, and this thing hovers easy.

I have had a taco for about two and a half years. It's a great little plane and an easy build. So is the Burrito and MOJO. I have built them all.
The Taco with a Sato .40 is awesome.

I'm gonna have to go Bad Boy as it is about the only profile we can get here is AUS other than a kit Have had a fly of a sledge as well and it felt a bit heavier on the sticks than the bad boy.
The bad boy is tough as well as light. I had mine DOD on Sunday and whacked it once, prop was 4" into the ground, but I picked it up and walked off with no damage to speak of.
My V2 is meant to be in the country on the 15th of this month so I will have to say goodbye to ol' faithful, my V1[]

EDIT: The V1 is in my avatar doing a nice HAKE flyby

I know this one wasn't in your list, but my vote is for the OMP Fusion. Incredibly smooth flyer that can 3D with the best of 'em. It's a little larger than the ones you listed, but they're about to release the .40 size one. It's definitely on my list!

Here's a picture of 3 different type profiles, A kit made TopCap, a kit made OMP 540 Edge, and a ARF Knife. The TopCap is power by a Saito 72 and the 540 & Knife are powered by OS 50 SX's. All are with-in about 3oz, The 540 is the lightest.
Every one has there own little tweaks, goods' and bads. I personally like OMP stuff because they do a good job on support and there products are well proven. I do have to say there are other great profiles out there..............JUST PICK ONE, And go for it

Whether you are talking about kit or ARF, I would have to say Swany's Mojo. The amount of support you can get from other Mojo die-hards is just incredible. And, what other profile has its own t-shirt line?

I could do every move in BOOK, with the OMP KATANA, and the best part is that I could take it apart and put it in my trunk. Could the rest of the profiles do that??????
