Question on where to go next? We have been flying a short time but my son is ready to move up to a low wing or mid-wing sport trainer. I know this might open up a huge can of worms but what is a good plane that will last a while and give him the chance to hone his skills?
Thanx!

Glad to hear about your success, Do a search for 4 star 60's and also check out the mod's being done to them. They seem to be a second plane of choice. I have one ready to go, waiting for weather, and I can't wait to get her in the air. Happy flying, Buz^

My second plane was a funfly. If you keep the throws tame there is not a more stable plane than the Knife. I think it would make a great trainer. As you get better turn up those throws. The only drawback I see is that it is so stall resistant that it won't fly like a regular plane and my spoil you for other planes.
