well i flew the bat yesterday ! The motor is new so i know i lost some hp there. It dosnt float as much as i thought it would. Its about the same as my 540. VERY predictable in harrier and high alfa stuff. No wing wobel at all ! Knife edge was SOOO SLOW !!!!!

The only prob is it had a real bad pitch. In hover i had to hold down elevator. And in knife edge too. But if you got the sticks in the right place in a hover it would just sit there. Al long as you wanted. Even got a tork roll out of it. It would bearly pull from a hover. Not enough power for water falls. The blender were awsome!!!!! It does great flat spins too. Better than my 540.

All up ready to go.....2.5 lbs. Could be lighter. The next one should be around 2 to 2.25 lbs.

All right guy's. I just finished the print. Its all sticked up now so there is no laser time.

I didnt have time to dial the plane in but from what i flew, Its a keeper. Really stable in high alfa stuff. Its real smooth in the transition's. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

If you dont have a cad, P.M. me with your email and i can send you the kinko's file. All you have to do is email it to the close's one and then go pick it up. I just got the taco print done and it was $5 even. Cant beat that.

Enjoy
Dennis

P.S. I tryed to post here and its to big. Email me and i will sent it to you. Just title it bat 3d so i know. Thanks.

Well.. hmmm.. Good question..

Currently I fly 40sized funfly's.. I am trying to get rid of everything bigger than that, that I own..

I am also going to keep it to 40sized FF's and electrics.. I am having a blast with some of the smaller electrics I've got.. I.E. Radical Edge 540... A total blast...

I'd like to have something that would REALLY cut up on the GWS type stuff. The price is soo right, the low, in your face flying the park flyers allow is just awesome. The 40's have to stay around for windy days and club flying...

Other than that, ANYTHING.. I'd just be interested to see what you would come up with...

I know what you mean.....The small stuff is pretty cool! I did a 1/12 mustang with a speed 400. Pretty cool. If i got in to it again i would have to get a brushless.

I am starting to get in to bigger stuff though. May be next winter i will got some electric stuff again.

I need to sell some stuff..

I am selling the large funfly... It's just too big for me.. I drive a 2000 Trans Am.. hard to transport it.

I've got several NICE airplanes I'm going to be getting rid of real soon..

CG Extra w/ Webra 120
GP Cap 232 w/ OS 61FX (might keep her)
80" FUnFly "BlackHawk" w/ Brison 3.2
40 sized cub...

and several other things..

I got to fly the bat today after work. There was no wind at all. I gotta tell ya.............

This thing harriers way, WAY too easy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Elevators are super easy too. The knife edge stuff sucks but it's there. Just need to do a knife edge mix. Not really sure why it has so much coupling. Might be the full flying rudder. Hovers are very solid!

I guess if your looking to learn hover and harriers.....This is the plane to do!!!!!!!!!!! I was doing circle's and figure 8's with the tail mostly on the ground by the second tank! (big grin)

Just thought you guys would like to know.
