I talked to Billy this past week at Joe Nall, Small hit it on the head. These are built 5 at a time in small batches.
Get on the list, it's worth it.

If you want one bad enough and don't feel like building it, there are a few Bros that offer framing / covering services, building from the kit... The finished price is close to the ARF price...

I got on the "list" around mid march and I just got the e-mail from Billy yesterday that it was my turn. So I ordered mine this morning. Had more money then than now for it. But hell, when it's your turn you'd better grab it. I even thought that maybe I'd been forgotten and was considering other models. But I was glad to have my chance at owning this much revered bird. I'm the only one I know around here that's into profiles so I haven't had the chance to see one in real life, but the buzz on the forums is usually pretty accurate and I think I'm going to like this one!!.

Well bud some planes suit certain people better thaan others but YOU WILL LOVE IT. I was out with mine taoday in so pretty windy conditions and had a great time. Everyone at my field thinks its a bit crazy but they are a boring bunch of old times with no idea how to have fun anymore. They complain when I hover out of the way and then proceed to fly over the pits time and time again.
Sorry got carried away. When you build your ARF put the graphics on early and don't wait til the end because it is a pain in the you know what. You will still need all the hindges and hardware except landing gear. Now I have tried CF gear and other stuff but the wire gear is the best and you can keep bending it back if you dork it in.

Hey, thanks for the tip, but......aren't the graphics already on the model? It's an ARF, so I figured all that was part of what I was paying for. I'm down with the wire gear, no problem, but I don't recall seeing any profile fuel tanks at any of my LHS's. Does Tower have them, or where's the best place to get them from?

Wow! I got my MOJO today. That was SUPER FAST shipping,....... unbelievable. I understand what you mean about the graphics now. Good advice. Still wondering two things, though. Should I use CA hinges on this bird and where to get a profile fuel tank? Thanks for any and all help. Later.

Go ahead and use any tank that is in the 7-11oz tank size. I use a 11oz tank and never fill it all the way since I don't like the change in CG as it empties. Also some good advise is to go smaller if your running one of the smaller engine sizes suggested. If your running a larger engine like some of the large 4-strokes (.63-.82), I think you could get away with a bit larger tank since the thrust provided by them is a good bit more. I am running the 11oz tank that came from a H9 twist I had a few years ago and it works fine. I think I will be going to a 7-8oz tank when I get around to buying one.
The only advise I have is to make sure you don't have slopy servos and that you have solid, slope free, control linkages.
Oh yeah, the wire gear is the litest gear around even though its steel and it is the most durable, and easily straightenable. Don't go out and but some snazzy CF or aluminum gear until you have tried it. The only bad thing about it is that it is rather narrow but that is sorta a gimmy since it would wobble if it wasn't.
I love mine.
