For those of you who have built a Mojo .40 from kit, what do you use to hold the wing hatches on with? I can't seem to find it in the plans. Do I just put a small screw through the hatch supports?
Thanks,
Hunter

I use servo screws bought from Microfasteners, they have allen head and don't slip. Just drill a 1/16 hole, screw, unscrew and put a drop of thin cyano, let it dry and done.
Best luck on the maiden, your'e gonna love this plane.

I just glued some thick blocks of balsa in the forward corners and then used servo screws because I always have them around. Like any screw going into balsa its a good idea to thread it in and then remove it and drip a drop or two into the hole to give it strength.
Otherwise any dang thing will work.

I used magnets... go to radio shack and look up the small rare earth magnets. One set on each hatch is all it needs. To get the hatch off, I just put a small piece of clear monokote as a pull tab. Quick and easy, and holds good.
