Good wood props for my 2 strokes
I'm looking for some good 11x4, 12x4, and 14x4 wood props for my .46, .50, and .91 2 strokes. Has anyone tried a "Volk"??? Is the guy in Utah still selling good wood props?

RE: Good wood props for my 2 strokes
I have tried Volk 14-6 on my 91 fs in my Harrier 46. The Volk produced more thrust than my regular MAS 14-6 K-series, so much in fact that I had difficulty in hover, it was difficult to maintain a steady low hover without ascending. Every little movement on the throttle stick made my plane shoot for the skyes. I swiched back to the MAS as it made the throttle less sensitive, propably just a "get comfortable with it" issue, but the Volk pulls better that`s for sure

RE: Good wood props for my 2 strokes
Yesterday I tried a Volk 13-4 on a Webra 50 and worked great.
It would spin up a 12.25-3.75 too fast and would not spin up a APC 13-4 very well.
I am going to order a few more.
