I believe the "Flapperon Mixing 50% 50%" refers to mixing elevator with ailerons and the the two numbers represent what percent of travel in either direction. So if you wanted up flaps with down elevator and down flaps with down elevator, you'd use 50%, 50%.
If you wanted up flaps with up elevator and up flaps with down elevator, you'd use -50%, 50%.
If you wanted down flaps with down elevator and down flaps with up elevator, you'd use 50%, -50%.
Does that make sense?
