took out the old menace and the new menace plus today.
the club funfly is in three weeks so I wanted to make sure the old menace is ready. I didn't think I would use the new Plus because it takes me some time to dial them in.
after two takes through the webra .32 I put the plus in the air.
nice plane.. it's much lighter and feels so in the air. Rolls are super fast. snap rolls are one after another. I have always used the .32sx's on my menaces but the Webra is nice. it's crisp. right out of the box. I was actually having so much fun that I had to stop. I didn't want to crash it right away.after one flight I put it away. It was a little windy for dialing in.
Then I want to my old menace. after about 4 flights, Boofff... i put it in. fooling around and I let the wind get under it and flip it back wards. Broke the wing beyond repair.
Looks like the Plus is going to be the funfly plane for the season-opening funfly.
The best part of crashing is the extra room in the shed.

I'm surprised that more people aren't using Webra engines. If they would just try one they'd see.....I wouldn't be scared to bet that my piped Webra Speed 40 GT wouldn't have unlimited vertical on 60 size plane.........Sounds pretty stupid huh?...................
