If your going to use them you will want them coupled to your elevator.
Up elevator should equal down flapperon.
Down elevator = up flapperon
You dont want them to just go down and stay there at a predetermined setting.
They really wont help that much in a hover anyway. They are generally used for tighter loops in a fun fly.
