proping large engines for 3D/FUNFLY
HI GUY`S, anyone out there have opinions on proping large engines for funfly/3D
I have a moki 135 to go in a 76" w/s 3DD,and the prop recomendid is a 18/6 apc
what props do you guys with big su do ki `s and the like, use as on the apc prop list it is a bit low on 3d fine pitch props, yet there is a bigger market for 3d/funfly in the US, than here in the UK?
I think there would be a big market for the 12.5x375 type of prop range to match all engine size`s
after all, there are enough funfly/3D models for sale in the shops,
ITS FUN TO FLY FUNFLY

18" props
The 18x6 APC prop I beleave is more than twice the weight of a 18x6 MenzS wooden prop and will affect trottle response. I think there are some real numbers available in another thread.

the 18 x 6W apc is slow on the spool up i have ran one on a rcs 1.4 and an OS-160. a wooden prop will give you what you are looking for expecially if its a menz or zinger pro.
