I bought kit.
I think about ASP 52 four stroke or Irvine 53 and 6 oz tank fuel (dubro)
Have you any picture of L.D (fuselage inside)?

Default LIMBO DANCER

hi, there
limbo dancer is awsom with a leo 37, or a os 32.
I call mine the lap dancer

anything bigger and you are "shootin a rabbit with a cannon!!"

prop it with a apc 11/4 50% rts and 50% expo
till your used to her, or she will slap your ass?

put in flap/ elivator mix, and she will "spin on a tanner"
have fun.

its fun to fly funfly

I'll second that, i wish i had to money to buy a airline ticket so i could come over and slap every American who thinks its a good idea to go over a 40 size engine in these planes.
Its built light, keep it light, the Leo 37 SF is a great engine ( if its the SF ) i have one in my Cougar and got 5.56 mins deadstick glide from a 20 second climb on a APC 10x4 in yesterdays competition, limbos came second and thrid, but i did catch some lift that helped me, they didnt.
for props use a Master 11x4 for prophang, or a APC 10x4 for sport flying

and ill third it!
dont kill the performance of this LIGHTWEIGHT funfly by bolting a big engine on the front, keep it light.
os 32 sx
leo 37
irvine 36
west 36
anything bigger than a 40, as phil said, is doing it no favours.
its a very good plane and you will have good fun with it

looks like i have to add Poland to my round the world slapping tour
no matter how many times i hear that excuse, its only slightly heavier, i'll never be convinced, a 70 is only 50G heavier than your 53, and i guess a 90 only 50 more than that.
Not only weight, but the airframe isnt designed for the extra torque and power.
then again, if i had the choice between a Irvine 53 or a All Spare Parts 36 i'll put on the Irvine, the better of two very evil evils

I have a limbo Dancer i originally had a MDS 38 (many dead sticks) or (mostly dog s**t) fitted to it. wot a load of pants. so ive now changed it to a ASP46s with a 12x4 zinger prop. Not sure what to expect yet as my real question is where Should the balance point of this plane be. Changing the engine will have put the c of g out. So i cant fly it untill i can balance it.

Any help will be appreciated.

The CofG should be where you last left it, if its not tempt it back into place by moving your battery, just behind the high point is a good start place for most funflys

Default c of g

when balancing the airframe, one method I use for weight distribution on a model with no room inside,
I use a pound coin on the back stuck down with selotape,
you can move it up and down the fuz, to get it balanced.
if the quid is to heavy,
I just stick ten bob on its arse instead!

its fun to fly funfly

and ill third it!
And for what its worth I'll 4th it!

Wit,

cabanestrut2002 has it 100%, as has Philly (being sensible brits!) choose one of the 4 mentioned in post 4 and you cannot go wrong. One thing not mentioned id that if you have a bigger motor on it and crash it, you're far more likely to do lots of damga than with a 36 size motor.

Happy Flying,

Andy
