Default Harrier landings and tailwheels?

I have an OMP edge and I am to the point where I would like to do harrier landings. But I have a tail skid and it will not protect the rudder from getting torn up and broken. What could I put there that would be strong and light enough to take the abuse?

Or something long enough to go past the rudder?

You could use a taller and longer tail skid. I am using a long piece of thich music wire on my knife kit.
