I was given Thunder Tiger Extra 300 ARF a little while ago I was curious to where the CG is supposed to be at and for some extreme 3d.

I would also like to know. I friend of mine just got one too. The manual says the CG is 4 1/4 to 4 3/4 from the leading edge. With a .46 in the nose, he needs to add about 11 oz. to get it to balance, that's almost the weight of another engine. Something is wrong somewhere!

I just found this on Ace's web site:

CENTER OF GRAVITY UPDATE:
To determine the Center of Gravity (Balance Point), balance your Fun Tiger at the rear edge of the leading edge wing sheeting. The model should balance slightly nose down at this point. Add weight as necessary to either the nose or tail to achieve the proper balance. The effective Center of Gravity range for the Fun Tiger is 4-3/4" to 5-3/4" back from the leading edge of the wing where the wing meets the fuselage.

Even at that they feel a little nose heavy. My Giles was a little aft of the leading edge sheeting.
