I think Gator and I do the same thing. I put my graphics together in Photoshop and then print the letters out on big pieces of paper. Then I cut the letters out with sciccors, the I take those and trace them on to thick card stock (you could just print on the thick card stock). Then trace that on to your film. Then cut. It's just that simple!

Man I did some trick stuff on this one...the HOME DEPOT on the bottom, I just sized and printed out on printer paper, then taped that on top of white mono, and cut it out with a #11 blade knife. The #20 on the fuse is where it got tricky. I used a pic of Tony Stewarts #20. I flipped it around backwards , and cut a piece of black ultra the same size as printer paper(8.5x11), taped this peice of ultra to printer paper cause this stuff is soooo damn curly theres no way to keep from getting it hung up in the printer by itself. Printed the #20 out backwards onto the ultra cause it got a nice paper backing so I could see a mirror image of the #20....this is how I cut the black out line of the #20's out. Also cut white ultra the same size as printer paper and ran it thru the printer taped to paper and used the orange area around the #20 to cut out the white #'s

In the 2nd pic the stab is not glued in yet, thats why it looks twisted. the way the sledge is designed , you have to have the elevators covered and slid into the fuse before you glue the horz fin in.
MIke Gramling...the fly in is in memphis at the Propbuster field...come on down.,....G
