Default Su-do-khoi 60 tank?

I recently won a raffle at our local club for a used Su-do-khoi 60. I can't figure out how to mount the fuel tank.[>:] The online instructions say: "Install the fuel tank with rubber bands."[sm=71_71.gif] I have never seen a tank mounted with rubber bands. Does anyone have this plane and could show me a picture of how their tank is mounted? Or could someone offer some tips on how to mount a tank with rubber bands?

Thanks in advance.[8D]

The second pic....where you're holding the tank to the fuse.........that's it!! Make sure you put a thick piece of foam under the tank before you mount it, then attach with some rubber bands..from the top hook to the bottom hook!! You may even want to put a couple bands criss-crossed.

EASY AS PIE!!!!

I guarantee it.............

This pic is old school.....but it shows 2 ways of doing it....rubber bands...and zip ties. I prefer the bands!!!

Here you go Jester. Do you have a Su-Do-Khoi?

Thanks Maniac, I banded the tank and started the engine last night and it held on just fine.

It looks like it will be a fun plane. Free planes are the best kind!

I built and flew one of those many years ago with a YS.91AC. Great flying and hovering plane, sold it to Eddie Hill.

I miss my Su-Do...[]

My tank is on the engine side, just at the wing. YS 91 for power.

I use fuel tubing. Tie a knot in each end of it and stretch it to the hook. Rubber bands work well but the fuel will eat them up after a while. Be sure and put a little foam under it also.

That's a neat idea!
