What is better at 3d and the most fun to fly in your guys expert oppinion? The Su-Do-Khoi, Topcap, or OMP 540???

I choose the topcap.

You forgot a great one called a sledge! But out of the three listed I would go with the omp.

Take the one that looks best to you. After you get accustom to flying the plane, it will fly better than the other two. We get a lot better and we learn the planes tendencies and quarks as we gain flight time. All three are great 3D flyers and will do all of the 3D maneuvers, in the right hands. Just send us some pics of your plane dragging the tail wheel down the runway.
