Yeah..Gator sold his..I was second in line to buy it, but the first guy produced the $$$.
Neat looking plane, at the time I think they were on sale and Gator was asking the sale price. I'm not sure what the regular price is.

I just got back from the field. No beer today, but man I coulda used one. 95 F with 25 MPH wind and trying to teach a guy with absolutely no concept of aerodynamics, no mechanical aptitude, no repetitive skills, no memory of the last time out and no attention span. A true challenge!! (I'll get you for this, Darrell!!)
Enough to drive me to drinking but I have too much yet to do today. I might squeeze me a Margarita for you, Ulf.

About as much info about the Funkey 40 as Funkey Toejam.
That said, here is my Ode To Ulf...BBQ'd Ribs, My Style (I have quite a few BBQ Trophies, 2nd in the '94 National Fiery Food Show was my biggest finish..lost to a local ABQ guy
) and Margaritas, My Style. Tequila, Cointreau, and Lime Juice. Only. In a salted glass.
Oh, and I flew Radio Controlled Model Airplanes for about 3 Hours before I cooked this.
The ribs:

I find this is a great meal after flying Radio Controlled Model Airplanes for a few hours!

Boy that looks good ! As you know and probably still remember, I like Margaritas. Of course I also like Ribs and other goodies from the grill.
You should come down to Bay City and fly and BBQ with us. We would have a blast.
Yeah, tell me about the hot weather. It was around 100 yesterday in Houston, and no wind. Great hovering weather, but it felt like a steam bath. Now you can imagine why I hate to have to build in the garage.
