Default MO ProBro a go!

Hey all, some of us in the Springfield MO area are considering holding a meet for the ProBro's. We'd like to get a feel for how many of you guys would be willing to attend. Some possible dates right now are Aug 2-3, Aug 16-17, and Sept 20-21.

So what are your thoughts? Any conflicts with other major events? Any suggestions? Or just a yay or nay?

I know it's not much to go on, we just wanted to run something up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes......

I think I'd make it from Overland Park.

Oh, I like the early August dates. There is a lot of activity as the fall comes on. Just a thought.

I'd be more than willing to attend, if I can! Do you have a field picked out?

I like the early August dates.

I've seen a few guys on here that fly right around the KC area that are a Pro Bro...Hopefully they will see this.

I'm not for sure if I can, but I would LIKE to go!

At the risk of showing my age, like they said on HeeHaw...
Springfield, Missouri: Saaaaaaaaaalute! (Yes, I would love to attend!)

I have a lot of building to do between now and then. I work best under pressure so if I have a date in mind I can say it aint gonna happen and then make it work.

I should be able to make it. I could possibly hook up with John and Brian from KC.

The wife just told me about a family pignic on Aug. 2, so the 9 & 10 will work for me.

He never mentioned the 9th and 10th in the original post, but that would be just as good as the 2nd and 3rd. Is there something else going on that weekend?

August 9-10 won't work for me. (Supposed to go camping that weekend.)

There is another 3D meet in Chattanooga on Aug 9-10, I would hate to conflict with it. Mostly because I'm going to that one.

Gary, what is in Chatanooga, TN on Aug 9-10? Maybe we could all meet there. Jeff W.

It's a meet for giant scale 3D planes. Take a look at:

http://www.blaineaustin.com/extreme_aerobatic_club.htm

They have time slots for open flying and also freestyles by pre-arranged pilots. At last year's event we had 7 planes 33-40% hovering on the deck at the same time!
