Default Profile motor mount " Needed "

Why hasn't someone decided to mold a composite Profile mount that can be built into a profile? The black carbon firewall molded mounts adhere with most glues and hold a sheet metal screw really good. The compression problems would almost disappear.

Default Hmmmmmm

I think the reason is that most profile planes will not live long enough to worry about crushing the wood lol. But you can add a piece of thin ply to the outside where the T nuts would go and help keep it from crushing the wood. I myself use hard wood for the engine bearer so I really have not had this problem. Or maybe it is because it becomes a lawn dart before it happens lol.
