How does one decide between the O.S. FS-91 II Surpass w/Pump and O.S. FS-91 II Surpass? Why would you want the pump and is it worth $150?

for what plane ?
I think it depends where the tank will be located. Sometimes you need a pump.

I don't think you will need the pumped version for the UCD. I know you are asking about the OS, but have you considered the Saito 100 ? I think you will be happier with that engine and also have quite more power at lighter weight. I am running a Saito 100 on my Graupner Showflyer (4 sale btw), and have nothing but good to say about this engine. Runs flawlessly, and is very very strong.
