I am deciding where to place my 6 ounce tank on my CG Extreme 330. The manual says "with the center of the tank level with the upper engine rail". Will the engine lean out in inverted flight in this position ? The other concern is in knife edging, the tank is right above or below the carb ! Where do you guys position your tank ? Thanks for the inputs !

PS Has anyone tried a Cline regulator in their profile ?

I always just strap my tanks on the side using screw hooks and rubber bands. Make sure to put some foam in between the tank and the fuse. As far as placement goes, I try to get the fuel tank output level with the center line of the carb.

Thanks Paul, that surely sounds more reasonable. I was wondering why CG made their recommendation to place the tank so much higher........
