He had a big S.T, on it. I think a 3250...I been looking at some of them in the used eng forum. Jess tells me that a BME44 has mounts like small 2 strokes, need to find a pic of one of those...g

When I saw it I offered to buy it but some guy Gator had beat me to the punch!
After seeing that I think I'm going to have to buy a big 80inch profile now.

Well Gator, I'll be comin' through Memphis with room to spare, If you want I'll haul it through to Nashville. Promise not too fly it too many times in between!

I have a ST 3000 on a 11 lb (probably getting close to 12 after repairs!) plus bird, SOOOOO sweet! Hovers @ 1/2 or less, swings 20x6 and 20x8, and sounds cool too.

Hey Gator, I have on my OMP edge a 2.15 mvvs gas engine that runs great. I have a bad ignition, but I borrowed one yesterday and it ran like a top. It has the mvvs pipe, and a 22-6 pro zinger prop. It hovers at about 1/3 throttle and will rip out pretty fast. I think the newer 2.15's have an updated ignition and they are also on sale right now. I have a 12 oz tank on mine and I swear you could fly close to 30 mins on that tank. I would have let you fly it at the internet fly in but I was having trouble with that bad ignition. Maybe some other time?

Oh and I have flown a giant su-do-khoi. They are not a bad plane, and I think once you get your throws set up the way you like you will like it. The one I flew had a moki 180 with pipe on it. Plenty of power, and a very stable airplane. Having flown a lot of profile out there. the big ones will do everything the smaller one will but just slower and easier. Every one who has flown my edge simply says its just a "big baby".
