This will be my 1st profile plane. After reading through all the threads I decided to get the Edge540.. I have a Saito 65 not being used and was wondering if this would be a good choice or should I get an 46fx..Thanks!!

There were a few possibilities discussed in This Thread just a few days ago.
Not sure about the .65..seems like Texas 3D had one, you might pick his brain on it. The 46FX seems to be a fine choice..

These are some of the parts I used for my OMP
Dubro control arms.
6oz fuel tank.
Standard servos(HS-425)
Dubro control horns.
2-56 linkage for controls.
Stock landing gear wires...
I set my timer for 8 minutes with the six ounce tank. If you do a lot of full throttle spins you probably wont make it 8 minutes. I've been doing a lot of hover practice, which with the OS .46FX/Tower Muffler is less than half throttle.
Have fun,
Scott G.

Hey Ray..you shipped a couple of pair to Amarillo recently. I was the little birdy in the ear of those guys. P.S. they love them on the Extreme 330, those stock gear were a major joke!

I can't believe some of the "stories" I'm hearing about the Extreme 330 gear. Normal landings are a challenge!!
Now I'm in debt to CA too! (smile)!

Tetherite,
Have you started working on Krazy legs for the New extremeflight RC 60"profiles yet.
I just got an email that they should leave China around middle of august, and take 30-45 days to get delivered to U.S.A. Then shipping time from extremeflight to the customers. I will want a set of them if you make them for that plane. But right now from the email I got, it looks like it might be end of Sept. before people start getting these.

There's some 'Legs in-work for the OMP YAK and I'm sure they would be fine for the 6 - 9 lb. model range. These will be in between The "HD's" and the "GS's". Hoping the end of Aug. for some prototypes.
