Could you be a bit more specific. The FAI Nelson is meant for use with a tuned pipe and FAI fuel, 20% castor and 80% alcohol, no Nitro.
Is this a rear exhaust, rear intake or front intake.?

I checked the website you mentioned. This engine was intended for use in Formula one racing. To break it in you will need fuel with at least 60% Nitro. An average prop for racing use was 8 1/2 x 7. This size was not carved in stone, there was a lot of personal choice, black magic, folklore and down right BS when it came to carving propelers. Engines would be reving at about 24k. For breaking in I used an everyday 9 x 6 cut down to about 6 x 6 and balanced. This prop with 60% fuel would get the engine up to operating rpm and temperature two stroking with a rich needle setting. Run a half dozen tanks through with this setting, letting the engine cool completely between runs and you will be all set.
