What would be the recommended control throws for a Scat cat?

We used to run about 3/16" throw each way on elevator and ailerons.

About 1/2" throw each way is used on the rudder.

Anyone know where I could get a set of plans for the scatcat, I would even pay someone if they would copy an existing set of plans. I have been looking for this kit for a couple of years, even contacted Lonestar Balsa without any luck. So if anyone has even an old kit laying around and would part with it please drop me a line.
