My fleet getting ready, Two for me as I plan on planting one and one for Dave Shadel.

Gary Schmidt and Jim Allen already have theres hopefully they all fly well as I am learning this stuff all over again.

Several from the Wichita and Kansas City area have said they are going.

I'm going out today to break in the engines.

What did you do, run out of yellow or orange paint and have to finish with the other? HaHa Looking good!

Paint is expensive, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!

I know I haven't been there for a few years but I don't remember a doll for best of show It's a nice looking plane though..

I'll probably be sitting in the shop during the race looking at my AR-6 plug with a couple beers making nelson noises.. On the up side, I probably won't hit #3

The wings are the same, it might have distorted when I re-sized it. The other problem is it's a different color than the other side which doesn't help.

Hopefully I'll have some better pics coming that I can replace it with..

But Pylon Dave.... Those other views aren't really important...THIS is the only view of Lee's new airplane that you will ever see... as it blows by all of those "antiques"

Have a GREAT time in Phoenix. Maybe someday I'll be good enough to join you all. Until then, I'll just do the CAD design work and practice, practice, practice.

I plan on seeing that view of Lee's planes at least once per heat...as I'm lapping him with my AR-6!
