Any legal 424 or 428 airplane. The speed and handling difference between airplanes is much less at 426 speeds than 428 speeds. So what ever plane you thought of as best for 428 will probably be best for you for 426.

In our area the Short course is used for both 424 and 426.

I've seen some relatively tame wood (Viper and others) models win in the 426 class on the Short course.

THANK FOR YOUR ANSWER. FEW YEAR AGO IN MY CITY FLY WITH SUPER SPORT JETT ENGINES IN OWR LOCAL RACING .
