have any of you seen the new baffle in the thunder tiger pro .40

The wineglass shaped one? I can not tell that
it makes any difference in performance at all.

A couple of guys in Austin/Georgetown, TX; did a comprehensive comparison with real results between to 2 style of Baffles on the TT Pro 40 and posted the results on a thread; here is the link

It is the same baffle that is used on the GP-42 motor.  The test was performed by Jim Duda, I sent him some parts for the test, and the difference between the cone baffle and the plate/cyclone baffle was less than 50 rpm which was within the margin of error for the test so, it was a dead heat between them.
