Default engine position
HI, wich is the right angle or how many degrees do i have to rotate the engine from vertical position

You can mount it at any angle you prefer. Most rotate it approx. 90 to 100 degrees to align the muffler somewhere near the bottom of the fuselage. Get a Great Planes Viper engine mount and be done:
