Default Bubbleless fuel tank Success!!

After some trial and error, I just completed a bench test and got a flawless 6min 45 Sec engine run with a bubbleless 4 oz tank. This is with a newly broken in OS .25 FX on a slightly rich run. The whole fueling process to start-up proceedure worked perfectly. It does take a different technique, but not really much more difficult than with a standard system. My system consists of a Sullivan 4oz tank, 8 oz cut down to the 7 oz mark baby bottle liner, a fuel line clamp designed for fishing, and a Kmart Martha Stuart turkey baster. Once I get my Racer II completed, I will do a flight test. Actually, maybe I will set it up in my Scat Cat for testing purposes. New plane, new engine and new fuel system could be too much to worry about all at one time. I also plan on picking up a Jett tanker which from what I have read will make the process even better.

Thanks everyone for all the input, it made the whole experiment much easier.

Lon
