I wish I was there Sam, but traveling 1/2 way across the country for a two day race two months in a row is a little out of my budget (or at least the wifes budget). Plus I haven't had a chance to fly my newest Q40s yet, and I hate traveling to a race with unflown planes.

There are 3 places you can check for Q500 Rules,,,

1) The AMA Rule book.

2) or you can visit the AMA website at http://www.modelaircraft.org/templat...k/rc-pylon.pdf

3) On the www.nmpra.org website under APRA rules.

RCU renamed the forum to better align with the site's naming conventions.

Yup there's no problem using C/F gear,,, just as long as they meet AMA specs.

Wheels - There are a few places to get wheels,,, www.pspec.com www.darrolcady.com and www.lcsperformance.com or you can even make your own
