Information needed please
Hello,
I recently bought a Bird Of Prey at an auction and it has what appears to be carbon fiber landing gear on it. Does anyone know where I can get these and if they are any good? Also where can you buy aluminum landing gear.
Thanks,
Al

The Bird Of Prey Q500 kit is produced by Lyle Larson. Email:- [email protected]. I think the kit comes with an aluminum landing gear, so you could try him. I think the glass gear is an aftermarket product. Try Lyle first.

Hello,
Thank you for letting me know who made the plane. I would really like to find a source for these gear, really nicely done. They have a nice spring to them, and seem pretty darn strong. I fly mostly off of grass so they probably would hold up better than aluminum.
Thanks,
Al
