Default QM 15 engine memory test

Does anybody remember the venturi size on the old QM 15 engines? I am putting together a display of various engines that I have raced but find the venturis have quite a bit of variation on size. Would like to assemble the engines with the right venturi. Thanks in advance.

Not 100% sure, but .240 sticks in my mind for some reason.

Your are 100% correct. 0.240 is the correct size. I still own five Cox's.

Thanks guys! I have .240, .280 and in between venturi here. I thought .240 was correct but it was 20+ years ago when I last used these engines. I really enjoyed QM 15 too ........

In another thread, I see where there is potential to change Q500 rules once again ..... and I have drawers full of still good but old engines that were once competitive in various classes. Rules changes are certainly nothing new and it always cost $$ to stay current and competitive. When I saw the LS Nelson come out .... all I could think was here they go again.
