Default predator 500 engine question

what's the biggest fastest motor i can put on this thing, i can't afford the nelson or jetts or anything of that sort, right now i'm ready to put on the 46fx, but is there anything faster? 61fx maybe? i'm not racing anyone, just my own enjoyment!

Thanks guys

Joey

Default predator 500 engine question

In my opinion, the .46fx is about as much as I would put on personally. With the right prop, this will get you in the 120+ mph range.

Anything more needs additional structual reinforcement. There are some flying this plane with Jetts and Nelsons, but they are strengthining things up first.

I would rather build a kit that is made for these engines, rather than try to retrofit a predator.
