Default Viper Dog

I try some thing new. I wondered how hard it would be to place a viper wing on a Mad Dog Fuse.
It needs 0 in the front and .125" in the rear with the wing all the way forward. And just mud up the wing saddle with Microballoons and epoxy.
I'm thinking of redoing a Mad Dog and make a new fuse mold if any one wanted one?

If the landing gear is 1.25" wide. and if the stab is made out of .250" balsa it will work

Hi Guys
It needs 0 in the front and .125" in the rear, with the wing all the way forward.
I put a a pro smart level to check and this is what it needs, now I can mud the wing in.
Pic to come later.

Great looking racer! I can't wait to hear how well it flies.

Good luck at the Caps race.

The wings 2 Red and 1 white. The red wings are the same, and the white is different
What is different in the wings? the cord? shape? IMO I would leave the saddle a bit oversize and have the users pot it in with some microballons for a perfect fit. I have yet to find a Viper wing that is perfectly straight. Some fly OK with just a touch of trim... but I have gotten that several that were so bad that I had to crack the trailing edge and reset. Looking forward to seeing the fuse as I believe it would not only be good for 424, but also as a quick and inexpensive way to have a decent 428 racer for local racing.

The shape of the airfoil the 2 red ones are the same the white one looks like a different airfoil altogether.

Well the million dollar question is... which one is better! Wonder if the white one is just a bad one that got past quality control? I cannot imagine that the sheeted wings come from two sources prior to covering.... but what do you expect for $70 covered?

any chance of doing the same with the dawg-gone-it fuse?

Also, what sort of pricing for fuse/composite tail? Shipped to Australia?
