Default Skyflex, gas powered kit, find the CG.

I lost my instructions for a Robbe Skyflex V, which is the gas powered version of their flying RC kite. It's a big delta kite wing, so does it have a CG similar to a delta plane? I guessed at it's CG, and I almost wrecked the thing. It went straight up, and then came straight down. And with no elevator controls, it's pretty scary.
Also, I have no idea what the incidence of the thing should be.

Any advice would be appreciated.

This reply is real late, probably due to my stupidity. My problems had nothing to do with CG or Incidence, I had the pusher prop on backwards. It flies great now.
