Default windshield for Super Decathelon

[8D]]I have a 40 size Super decathelon( Great Planes version), that has been crashed. I have it rebilt. But I need a windshield for it. Great Planes has discontinued this model and no longer carries the part. Can anyone suggest where I could possibly find one or suggest a fix for the problem?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Go get a 3 liter bottle of coke. Once you finish drinking it use the bottle to cut out the new windshield. I use paper or cardstock to make a pattern first.

Stick: I don't think that the Decathalon windshield is a flat piece. I think it is bulged (???) at the top to better match the shape at the wing.

3L bottles are great. If you need a bulge, use the part near the throat or the bottom. You can get a lot of shapes and contours out of these bottles.

Just experiment a little with your heat gun and the coke bottle. You should be able to form it any way you want with a little practice. Just be carefull with the heat at first until you figure out what you need. It's also a good idea to wear some gloves while working with the heat. ENJOY !!! RED

Here are two pictures of the windshield, as shown in the manual, just in case you don't have the manual or the plan.

As you can see, it cannot be made from a folded sheet.
As advised, you will need to make a mold and use heat or vacuum forming.

With careful cutting you can use a flat sheet and get the compont shape, you'll just have to trim at the wing jpint area.

Also the Seagul models is about the same size/scale, this might work??
