Anyone having problems reaching Hobby King support?I have called the 1-800 number at the time they say it is open in the US. And i have also called it off hours. For 4 days in a row. No answer and no prompt to leave a message. Also, the online support is never on.Even at their time.No reply from E-mail. Any other way to reach them?

Best of luck reaching anyone at HK. Bout the only way to get their attention is if you are having a problem with one of their products is to call your credit card company and file a dispute. A charge back tends to get them to act.
One of the downsides with them, for the prices they charge, they don't have any customer support.
Oh the other side of the coin, pay the higher prices at places like Horizon charges, and you'll have top notch support.

I had an issue with them week before last, the only way I could get thru to them was on the online chat line, wait untill 9pm central time and try that and see if it works for you.

Lipo batteries. I made sure that they shipped from the US whrse. After i placed the order on them, one went on backorder. It has been over a month.I understand that, but i need to be able to get a hold of them to fix it. Looks like the 1-800 does not work too often.

I will try that. If i can`t find a compatible battery then i will just order something else so i don`t lose the money,or points as they call it. Thanks

I bought 6 of their 2200 mha lipo batteries, 5 out of the 6 were junk. The hassel and costof returning is not worth dealing with them. You do get what you pay for.

5 out of 6; wow what are the odds? I have purchased over 30 and had one that had a weak tab that was repairable. Other club members have well over 100 with maybe two that were DOA. They seem to be as good or better than the high priced packs from USA vendors. You realize that all of the packs come from Asia.
