Default ucando control surface problems

I'm finishing up a u-can-do with JR 811 digital servos. After I installed the servos i got a severe flutter at the neurtal position on the elevators and ailerons. The only fix i could find was to put a small piece of fuel tubing under the servo arm to eliminate to servos attempt to over center itself.

Has anyone else had this problem or found a better solution?

Also, during the first engine run i noticed the vibration from the engine fluttered the control surface 1/8th to 1/4th of an inch. There is very little slop on the control rod/servo arm. Is this going to be a factor in flight?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Try stepping a few feet away from the plane. That can sometimes be caused by the receiver getting a too strong signal
