Default evolution eng. frustration

I cant seem to keep the low speed needle constant,,,that blue collar with the pin keeps changing positions on me,,,is there any way to eliminate that collar and get a tighter fit for the needle? DRIVES ME NUTS![>:]

That's a common problem with Evolutions. Simply removing the collar usually fixes it since there won't be nearly as much mass to sit there and vibrate.
