Default Big Eagle 2

HELLOW I SCALE UP THE GOLDBERG EAGLE 2 PLANS TO 83 INCH WINSPAN, SET IN WING AND ESTAB IS 0 DEGRE BUT THE ENGINE IS 8 DEGRE DOWN, I CAN SET ALL AT 0 DEGREE¿?.

Iwould still keep the down thrust in the engine. The designer put it in the original for a reason and I imagne the scaled up version will need it too.

THANKS CUCKW BUT 8 DEGREE I HAVE A ZENOHA 26 READY FOR THIS PLANE AND YES I BUILD LIKE THE ORIGINAL DESING THANKS VERY MUCH.

If you went from a positive incidence to zero incidence on the wing then you could reduce the down thrust, but yes due to the flat bottom airfoil I would leave at least 3 degrees down thrust.

Just remember that it's design will cause it to start climbing when you increase power and descend when you reduce power. Full sized aircraft do this also, that is what trim is for. You trim for the power setting and whether you want to climb, descend, or fly level. Too many people think elevator trim is a one time setting. It should be considered a normal flight control that is changed through all the phases of flight.
