DX8 Question

Default DX8 Question

I have a DX8 that I am trying to make my E flight retracts work on and I cant seem to get them to go with the retract switch..I can make them work fine with my DX7..So I know there is nothing wrong with the retracts ..I plug everything in where it is supposto go but when I operate the switch nothing happens..Any Ideas???When I had them pluged in I played with pretty much every switch on the radio to see if maybe they were controled somplace else but still no luck..

Don't have a DX8 but you may have to go into your gear programming and turn the switch on. If it says "INH" then it is not turned on. INH means "Inhibit"

Ditto. I would guess you don't have the channel you used assigned to a switch?

To tell the truth I am not sure how to do that.. On my DX7 The retratct switch just works...on my DX8 it dosent..I didn't assign the switch and am not sure how..I looked in the manual and could not find anything on retratct switch...I am sure there is a way ..I am new at this..Thanks for trying to help..

Hold down the roller while powering it up. I forget what the menu line is called, but you will see it.
