Is Mountain Models Electric only?

Also are they good with good service? Many of their models look as though they would make good glow models but they never list a glow motor for power. If they are too fragile I guess I will have to pass. I will likely never again try an electric model.

yes, only electric. To mount a glow engine and have it stay together you would have to uncover it and reinforce the whole thing. At that point you might as well just build a kit. FYI, if very light weight electrics are your thing, then these are pretty good models for the money. But noe for glow.

That's a shame as there are some neat models. Perhaps some of the old timers? These would use small engines thus less stress.
IMO glow will not die, so companies should include glow, at least make it easy to modify.

I would think some of his old-timer designs could manage small glow motors. I have built two of his smaller designs, very good quality throughout.
