You are probably getting the plastic too hot.

I agree, it looks like too hot. But you might try raising the parts off the platen more.

Raise your form blocks higher so you get more stretch of the material and less webbing during your forming operation.

Material was PVC that was a problem, now all are OK, I change plastic to VIVAK and my wing tip on the Photo.
