If I were you I would look at a few old electronics cases such as a computer, a lot of them have louvered vents.

Great item and right on except the size is way to big for a 40-60 size they are 3" long i will ask if they make a smaller one Thanks..... Joe

Make your own. I cut slots with a Dremel cut off wheel where the rear opening would be, then pounded the "tool" into the slot to form them. Worked for me.
