I have an e-razor 450,it will not lock in with remote,it has a red blinking light that just keeps blinking,it used to beep 3 times then lock in,what should I check or replace

start with battery strength and cycle time.

I have 2 brand new fully charged batteries,not sure what is bad,any way to test what is bad,I am very much a rookie and not sure what to check for
