Enlarging Aluminum spinner?
I have a Dave Brown 3 inch Aluminum spinner on my H9 Cap 232 with OS 160FX, I was using a 16x10 prop which the spinner fit over nicely. Well I purchased an 18x6 prop and the spinner wont fit over the prop.
What is the best way to enlarge the opening of the spinner for the prop? I have a dremel tool, with all the bits, but there has to be a better way? Thanks Daz...

Your dremel tool is the best way to go with the coarse sanding
drum. It will only take a small amount of grinding at the L.E. area.
I've used the drum on a 6" spinner for a 24" prop.

rreiss, just finished and it worked great. I went through a couple sanding drums, but I have plenty of them, and it was well worth it. Thanks, Daz...
