By the looks of the elev. It will not perform 3D.

this is not dazler and not uproar

It's definitely not a Dazzler or an Uproar. Almost looks like the front portion of the fuse is PVC. I agree with Crash90, judging by the size of the elevator and rudder it's not likely to 3D very well.
