Default MECHANICAL RETRACTS

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO MAKES GOOD MECHANICAL RETRACTS. I HAVE A SET OF ROBARTS ON MY 8'SPAN B-2 BOMBER 13 LBS AND THE NOSE GEAR BOUNCES TOO MUCH ON MY GRASS FIELD. "YES I KNOW IT WOULD BE FINE ON PAVEMENT - AND IT IS BUT I DON'T HAVE A READILY AVAILABLE PAVED RUNWAY". ANY RESPONSES WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Default RE: MECHANICAL RETRACTS

Robart makes mechanicals as well as air driven. Dave Brown makes good mechanicals, although 13# may be a little big for his gear. Some of the guys that build larger scale planes may be able to help you, I think there are some larger (and expensive) systems made for such planes. Good luck!
